About these Terms

Sky航空摄影图库（以下简称“本平台”）是面向航空摄影爱好者的作品分享与交流社区。本协议适用于您访问网站、注册账号、上传或浏览作品、参与审核与互动、加入小组、申请复审或使用平台提供的其他服务。请您重点阅读账号管理、内容许可、个人信息处理、责任限制、账号注销及争议解决等条款。

By selecting “Agree”, completing registration or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Review Standards and other published rules. Where a specific rule conflicts with these Terms, that rule governs the relevant matter. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

1. Service terms

1. Services: the platform provides aviation photo uploads, storage, review, display, search, downloads where available, likes and interactions, rankings, photography groups, events, appeals and re-reviews, photo-use requests and account security. Available pages and features determine the services currently offered.
2. Eligibility: you must have the legal capacity appropriate to your use and provide truthful, accurate, lawful and valid registration information. Keep your email address, mobile number and other details up to date.
3. Account security: an account is for your personal use only. Use a secure password and do not transfer, rent, lend or share the account. If you notice an unusual sign-in, lose a device or believe the account has been compromised, change the password and contact us immediately. You are responsible for actions completed after valid authentication unless you can show that they were not caused by your fault.
4. Identity and risk controls: to protect accounts and the community, we may assess risk using the sign-in environment, device, IP address and unusual activity. Where there is a reasonable risk, we may require a linked mobile number, verification code or identity verification. Identity verification may involve your name, identification details and facial image; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Service changes: we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for upgrades, security maintenance, legal requirements or operational reasons. Except for urgent security action, material effects on user rights will be announced in advance through a site notice, page message or another reasonable method.

2. User conduct

When using the platform, you must follow these rules:

• do not upload, publish or distribute unlawful content or content contrary to public order and accepted standards, including politically sensitive, violent, sexual, insulting, defamatory or privacy-infringing material;
• do not upload, publish or distribute aviation photos that infringe another person’s copyright, image rights, trade marks or other intellectual property;
• upload only aviation photos that you created or are lawfully authorised to use; do not steal or copy another person’s work;
• do not use the platform for commercial promotion or advertising unless officially authorised;
• do not harass or defame other users or disrupt community discussion;
• do not use unauthorised tools, crawlers or similar methods to obtain data or interfere with the platform;
• do not bypass access controls, register accounts in bulk, manipulate likes or rankings, falsify review data, or deliberately consume upload or review resources;
• do not publish information about sensitive or restricted airport areas or anything that should not lawfully be public, and do not endanger aviation operations, public safety or another person in the name of photography or sharing;
• do not impersonate an airline, airport, government body, platform staff member or another user, and do not falsify aircraft types, registrations, dates, locations or other important details;
• do not otherwise harm the lawful rights of the platform or another user.

If a user breaks these rules, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict account features or ban the account according to the seriousness of the conduct, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

3. Intellectual property

1. Copyright in a photo you upload generally remains with you or the original rights holder. You must hold all rights required to upload and display the photo and authorise the platform to process it, including any permission needed for identifiable people, protected marks or other third-party rights.
2. To provide the service, you grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, back up, convert, compress, create thumbnails of, watermark, transmit and display the photo while it remains on the platform, and to use it reasonably to promote the platform itself. We may appoint cloud-storage and content-delivery providers to process it where necessary. The licence generally ends when you delete the photo or close the account, except for legally required retention, completed authorised uses, backup-clearing cycles and dispute resolution.
3. We will not transfer copyright in your original photo to a third party without your separate express consent. Anyone wishing to use a photo in media, commercially or beyond ordinary viewing must obtain the rights holder’s permission through a photo-use request or another appropriate channel.
4. If ownership is disputed, an infringement complaint is received or a photo breaks platform rules, we may hide it, restrict downloads, stop distribution or remove it. You must cooperate by providing original files, shooting details or evidence of permission. You are legally responsible for loss caused by your infringement.
5. The platform’s software, web design, database structure, trade marks, branding, copy and platform-produced content are protected by law. Unless permitted by law or written authorisation, they may not be copied, reverse engineered, mirrored, sold or used to build a competing service.

4. Photo uploads, reviews and interaction

1. Accuracy of information: provide aircraft type, registration, airline, airport, date, location and other details as accurately as possible, and do not deliberately mislead. We may supplement or correct fields using public sources, external aviation-information services or reviewer feedback.
2. Review process: photos may undergo manual review, spot checks or AI-assisted pre-screening. Automated results support but do not replace the final decision under platform rules. You may request a re-review or appeal under those rules.
3. File processing: to display and protect photos, we may create watermarked images, thumbnails and compressed copies and retain necessary originals. Keep your own backup; the platform is not your only photo-storage service.
4. Community content: comments, likes, group content, application materials and appeal information must be truthful, respectful and relevant. We may rank, collapse, restrict or remove them in accordance with law and platform rules.
5. Rankings and benefits: rankings, featured placement and priority-review credits are platform features, not cash, securities or redeemable property. We may adjust their calculation under published rules and remove manipulated data.

5. Personal information and privacy

We take privacy seriously and collect, use and store information in accordance with the Privacy Policy:

• we collect only information needed to provide the service, including a username, avatar and contact details where required;
• we do not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or with the user’s consent;
• we use technical safeguards to protect information from disclosure or loss;
• users may access, correct and delete their personal information except where the law provides otherwise.

For details about information types, purposes, retention, third-party services and your rights, read the platform’sPrivacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on personal-information processing, the Privacy Policy prevails.

6. Service risks and limits of liability

• We perform necessary reviews of user content but cannot guarantee that all content will remain truthful, accurate, complete or non-infringing. Users are responsible for what they publish and for decisions based on it.
• Aviation information, identification results, shooting locations and external-service data are for photography discussion only. Do not use them for flight operations, security decisions or any purpose requiring strict accuracy.
• If force majeure, communication failure, third-party disruption, cyberattack, regulatory action or necessary maintenance interrupts the service, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it and reduce the impact.
• Transactions, permissions and disputes between users or photo-use applicants should generally be resolved by those parties. We may provide reasonable assistance where the law permits.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No disclaimer or limitation applies to personal injury caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any other liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

7. Account action, deletion and termination

1. For a rule breach, infringement, security risk or valid legal notice, we may issue a reminder, apply rate limits, remove content, suspend uploads or interactions, freeze sign-in, require renewed identity verification, ban a device or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances.
2. You may request account deletion in Account settings. To prevent impersonation, we may verify your identity and confirm that the account has no unresolved appeal, permission request, security investigation or other open matter.
3. Once deletion takes effect, the account normally cannot be restored. Profile information and photos are deleted or anonymised under the Privacy Policy, although legally required logs, transaction or permission records, complaint evidence and backup data may be retained for the necessary period.
4. Termination of these Terms or an account does not affect liabilities already incurred or provisions that by their nature continue, including intellectual-property, confidentiality and dispute-resolution provisions.

8. Updates and notices

• We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory or business changes and will state the update and effective dates on the page.
• Material changes affecting user rights will be notified through a prominent page message, site announcement, email or another reasonable method, and consent will be obtained where required by law.
• A notice sent to your registered contact details, site messages or announcement page satisfies our reasonable notice obligation. Keep your contact details current.

9. Governing law, disputes and contact

1. The formation, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
2. A dispute between a user and the platform should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction where the platform is located.
3. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable national law.
